For those who play Sims 3 for the Nintendo DS:

I just got this game after being told I would love it. I read that you can create multiple sims for one household or game, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how (and yes, I've consulted the help menus). All I can figure out how to do is create one sim when you begin one save file, unless you get a premade family (and I'd prefer to make my own). You can create multiple ones per game, right? Could you please tell me how if you have this game? Pardon my ignorance!

I've never played it, but from what I'm reading, you can only have one "created" character per slot in the DS version. You have to hunt down one of the NPCs if you wanna get married. :(

1) I don't know the game, don't even own a DS so take my statements with the appropriate salt.

2) but what I'm seeing here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997809-the-sims-3/58585672 Is no in the 3ds version.

It might matter which version you have 3ds/ds, they apparently aren't the same.

This is the link to the regular DS sims 3 page http://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/995671-the-sims-3/answers.
